Who We Are
Mission
The South Bay Archery Club was formed to foster, expand and perpetuate the practice of field, target, 3D, and bow hunting for individuals and families.
The South Bay Archery Club is a private, non profit 501(c)7 Archery Club located in the greater Los Angeles area along the Southern California Coast in the City of Rancho Palos Verdes. Our range is a 14-lane roving archery range with two practice areas and a broadhead tuning lane. We are also certified by the https://www.nfaausa.com/.
We have an average membership of 400 archers of all ages, backgrounds, and bow styles. The Club is completely run by volunteer members. Our range is open to its members for use from sunrise to sunset. In addition, we host monthly field archery tournaments, periodic 3-D shoots, and have a USA Archery certified Junior Olympic Archery Development and Adult program conducted on Saturday Mornings (weather permitting).
Business and awards are handled at monthly membership meetings. Membership enrollment is open to the public who have their own bows.
Certification
We are a sanctioned archery club affiliated with the California Bowmen Hunters/State Archery Association (CBH/SAA), the National Field Archery Association (NFAA), and USA Archery.
